Built for a Changing Farm
At the beginning of the 1960s, farms were changing fast. Fields were getting larger, equipment was becoming more capable, and farmers expected one tractor to handle more jobs than the generation before it.
The D17 belonged to that turning point. Known for its unmistakable orange presence and dependable working reputation, it became part of everyday farm life for thousands of families—working fields, pulling equipment, and earning its place in barns long after newer machines arrived.
This building set brings back a piece of that era, one brick at a time.
🚜 Inspired by the Classic D17 Series II — A tribute to one of the recognizable farm tractors of the early 1960s.
🟠 Iconic Orange Farm Styling — Recreates the bold orange body, cream wheels and distinctive period proportions.
🧱 Made for Adult Builders — A satisfying mechanical build with a finished model designed to be displayed, not forgotten in a box.
🌾 A Piece of Farming Heritage — More than a tractor model, it recalls an era when machines like the D17 became an everyday part of modern farm life.
Where It Fits
Display it on a workshop shelf, office desk, bookcase or beside other vintage machinery models. The classic orange finish makes it an easy centerpiece.
It also pairs naturally with old farm photos, mechanical collectibles and rustic décor.
Gift Idea
A thoughtful choice for anyone who remembers vintage tractors, grew up around farm machinery, or simply appreciates classic mechanical design.
Perfect for dads, grandfathers, farmers, retired farmers and tractor collectors who would enjoy building something with a real story behind it.
