These Terms of Service apply to your use of yumxe.com and purchases from Yumxe, operated by Shenzhen Sixi Technology Co., Ltd. Please read them together with our Shipping Information, Return & Exchange Policy, Privacy Policy, and Your Privacy Choices pages.

1. Products and availability

We sell building block sets. Product details, prices, contents, and availability are shown on the relevant product pages. Please follow any age and safety information provided with a product, and keep small pieces away from children for whom they may present a hazard. We may correct an error before accepting an order. If we cannot fulfill an order after payment, we will contact you and refund the affected amount.

2. Orders and payment

Orders are subject to payment confirmation and product availability. Prices are displayed in USD. The amount payable and available delivery options are shown before you place an order. We accept the methods displayed at checkout, including credit cards and PayPal.

Email service@yumxe.com promptly if you need to correct or cancel an order. We will try to help before dispatch. Your return and cancellation rights are described in our Return & Exchange Policy and applicable law.

3. Shipping and import charges

We ship from China to destinations available at checkout. Standard Shipping is free when your order total is USD $69.98 or more; below that amount it costs USD $5.99 per order. Express Shipping costs USD $11.98 per order at every order value. Orders usually take 1–3 business days to prepare. Standard Shipping transit usually takes 7–15 business days after dispatch. Express Shipping has no fixed published transit estimate or guaranteed arrival date. We are responsible for applicable import duties and VAT on your order. See Shipping Information for details.

4. Returns, refunds, and exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days after delivery, including if a product is unsuitable or you change your mind. For a voluntary return or exchange, you pay the cost of shipping the original item to our Shenzhen return address. For a voluntary exchange, you also pay the replacement shipping cost after we tell you the amount. Our Return & Exchange Policy explains the process, condition of returned items, and refund timing. These Terms do not limit non-waivable consumer rights, including rights for faulty, damaged, incomplete, or misdescribed goods.

5. Website use and content

You agree to use the site lawfully and not interfere with its security or operation. Site text, photographs, graphics, and Yumxe branding are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. You may use site content for personal shopping purposes but may not copy or commercially exploit it without permission from the rights holder.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Your Privacy Choices explains how to manage cookies, marketing messages, and applicable privacy requests.

7. Governing law and mandatory consumer rights

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This choice of law does not remove any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you under the law of your place of residence. Where a mandatory right conflicts with these Terms, that right takes precedence.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Changes do not remove rights that applied to an order already placed.
